The House passed a budget bill Friday that defunds Obamacare—a measure that won’t pass the Senate and hasn't a chance of being signed by President Obama, raising the chances of a government shutdown.

But New York Democrat Sen. Chuck Schumer says he doesn’t believe the Republicans will allow their party’s effort to defund Obamacare to shut down the government.

“At the end of the day, they will blink.
