The Buffett Rule: pure political theater or overdue fiscal equity? We’ll ask Senior Obama Campaign Advisor David Axelrod for his thoughts, before President Obama makes a case for it in Boca Raton, FL later today. We’ll also get House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan (R-WI) for the Republican take on the rule and his reaction to Obama’s shots at his budget proposal. Last week, President Obama slammed the Ryan plan for being “thinly veiled social Darwinism.” 

Stanley Cup Playoffs kick off tomorrow night on the NBC Sports Network. Before this year’s hockey champs wildly parade the Stanley Cup around the ice, the Cup will make its way to the Mj set. NHL commissioner Gary Bettman will come on to talk about the playoffs and to tell us who he thinks is the Tim Tebow/Jeremy Lin of hockey. 

Is TV taking over the movies? Vanity Fair’s James Wolcott is arguing that the silver screen offers funnier, smarter, and just plain better material than the big screen. We’ll ask him why people are opting to stay in to watch prime time. 

Screenwriter Delia Ephron has a new book out, A Lion is In. It’s actually based on a dream she had. We’ll ask her why she dreams about lions and to weigh in on other random events - like the time someone stole her web address
