This week, the Senate rejected a bill that would have ended $21 billion in tax breaks for the big five oil companies. With oil prices at $100 a barrel, Senate Democrats plan to continue pushing the bill. Sen. Debbie Stabenow, D-Mich., joins Morning Joe to discuss the issue.
