More details are trickling out about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's long-awaited memoir on her time at the State Department.

The book, scheduled for a June 10 release, now has a title: "Hard Choices." The book's title and cover image were revealed Friday, showing a head shot photo of a semi-smiling Clinton.

The book details the former first lady's accounts of the crises, choices, and challenges she encountered during her four-year term as secretary of state, and how the experiences affected her future, according to publisher Simon & Schuster.

The potential 2016 candidate joked last month that her book would be "just another light, summer read." She previously said she had considered other titles, including "Bossy Pantsuit," "The Scrunchy Chronicle," and "112 Countries and It Is Still All About My Hair."

"All of us face hard choices in our lives," Clinton writes at the opening of the book, according to the publisher. “Life is about making these choices, and how we handle them shapes the people we become.”

Clinton has said she writes her own books.

The book will be released amid nearly constant speculation as to the former first lady's presidential ambitions. Clinton recently said she was "thinking about" running for the presidency in 2016, her strongest hint yet that she may seek higher office once again.
