It has truely been and exhausting and frustrating few days. In the end, many P.A.R.E.N.T. members were left (including myself) disappointed that the truely proven solutions to many issues of abduction wer not even addressed. It appears as if those who are empowered to cha ge the system, utilize real experts and proven resources, shy away from it. Granted, the success of P.A.R.E.N.T. is based on a total restructure and approach to solving the problems, but it works, would save agencies millions of dollars and would not required that they even re-write their charters.... So...P.A.R.E.N.T. will continue to grow, will continue to lend the expertise and assistance and continue to operate from the parents it benefits, for there is no funding for any programs which do not fit the guidelines established by those that consider themsleves experts, in the field of international abduction. What a tragedy for the children....that is what keeps us going. We are their only hope......

If only justice department would ask us...."how do you do it"...if only they would ask. I am tired both physically and mentally, yet I know that I will keep fighting. I fight first for Nadia, so that she might one day truely enjoy the freedoms her Americazn heritage allows her. The freedom to come or go. The freedom of religion, the freedm to chose who she will marry, the freedom to speak.... and then, I fight for all the others who have no knowledgable or capable persons or agencies who can bring them home. Nadia means hope...and that she does give me. My legacy to her is is the work I do through the legacy she has left me...HOPE
