Yesterday was exhasting, but I held up and even surprised myself. There were many members of P.A.R.E.N.T. there. Surprisingly, today when the coordinators of this new program began to reveal their palns for certain things, many of us had to supress our grins, but eye contact confirmed what we all were thinking. They were going to implement things that P.A.R.E.N.T. was already doing. I do not know whether they were aware of this or not, but at any rate, I am very pleased to see that even these rather basic things were now being recognized and implemented.

I was able to eat today and even managed to keep a meal down, though my stomach chunned. My taste has come back, but find that I have no desire for anything sweet. I continue to have a lot of swelling in my hands and feet. I no longer have the shakes and it appears as if my digestive track my beginning to work again. I love coffee...I could live of coffee...unfortunately, it is killng my stomach. I keep forgetting that I do not have to live on water and find myself absent-mindedly grabbing a glass of water. It is rather funny, considering I was never much of a water drinker, and it was the least beverage of chioce prior to my fast.
