How are so many people still uninformed about Obamacare?

More than 4 in 10 Americans surveyed in a new Kaiser Family Foundation poll either weren't sure Obamacare is still the law, or thought Congress or the Supreme Court got rid of it. Since so many Americans are unaware of how the Affordable Care Act will impact their family’s health care plans, how can the Obama administration bridge the information gap?
