This Sunday in #nerdland, foodies and fundraising. Ms. Will She Or Won't She Herself--former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton--will be appearing along with former President Clinton for the last Harkin Steak Fry in Iowa. That’s right, Sunday marks the end of the 37-year tradition. Our panelist will discuss the crucial importance of the Harkin Steak Fry, the uniqueness that is Iowa politics, and the role of food in presidential politics.

Then, the apple of our eye … and the key to our wallets? We’ll take a closer look at one of the most interesting features of the new iPhone 6 and 6 Plus: Apple Pay and the emerging digital wallet industry. What does it mean for commercial competition and the digital divide? Hayley Tsukayama, Washington Post reporter, will explain this and more.

And, is this any given Sunday or is the NFL particularly unstable at the moment? We’ll bring you the latest on the controversies plaguing the National Football League, including:

Guests include: feminist activist and former NFL player Don McPherson, Jason Page, host of Up Late with Jason Page; radio host and former NBA player Etan Thomas, and msnbc Political Analyst Karen Finney.

Continuing our conversation about professional sporting leagues, we’ll turn our attention to the NBA and the statements made by Bruce Levenson, an owner of the Atlanta Hawks.  Our panel will unpack Levenson’s comments about the racial makeup of hometown crowds and discuss the question of how to market “Black.”

Finally, do the lives of black women matter? Before the hashtags, playwright Ntozake Shange, not only asked that question but asserted a strong “yes” with her seminal work. Shange will join us for a discussion and celebration of the 40 year anniversary of her classic, “for colored girls who have considered suicide / when the rainbow is enuf.”
