New marijuana ruling in Mexico
The Mexican Supreme court has opened the door for the possibility of legalizing recreational marijuana use. On Wednesday, the Supreme court ruled that growing, possessing and smoking marijuana for recreational purposes is legal under a person's right to personal freedom. A professor at the Center for Economic Research and Teaching in Mexico, Catalina Perez Correa Gonzalez, explains this new ruling.
