Just 32 days before the first votes are cast in Iowa, Jeb Bush is making some campaign adjustments. He's shifting staffers out of his Miami headquarters to key early voting states and also canceling planned ad buys in Iowa in South Carolina, instead relying on his Super PAC to buy ad time.
