Angela Merkel is Time’s 'Person of the Year'
German Chancellor Angela Merkel has led a nation of 80 million people in the world’s 4th largest economy. She has been instrumental in welcoming refugees from Syria who are fleeing ISIS. Now, she is Time Magazine’s “Person of the Year.” Time’s Assistant Managing Editor, Matt Vella, explains why Time decided to pick Merkel.
