AAP: No booze while pregnant

The American Academy of Pediatrics just released a new study stating that no amounts of alcohol during pregnancy is safe. NBC’s Dr. Natalie Azar explains that there is no clear consensus of exactly how little is okay, but there is clear data that moderate drinking and binge drinking can have side effects in the newborn. Because of this uncertainty, the AAP announced that no alcohol is the safest option.Oct.20.2015
