On the heels of Tuesday’s oral arguments over California’s Proposition 8, the Supreme Court takes up the Defense of Marriage Act. We’ll talk with Georgetown Law professor Randy Barnett and the National Journal’s Chris Frates and the Washington Post’s Ruth Marcus.

Plus, Rep. John Yarmuth, D-Ky., joins us to talk about immigration reform, as Sens. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., John McCain, R-Ariz., and others hold a press conference with border control agents Wednesday afternoon.

We’ll discuss North Dakota’s restrictive new abortion law with strategists Jill Zuckman and John Feehery.

And former Philadelphia Governor Ed Rendell talks about the economic plight of major American cities.
