Former vice presidential candidate and chairman of the House Budget Committee Paul Ryan unveils his new budget Tuesday, as President Obama continues attempts to strike a deal with congressional Democrats and Republicans. We'll talk with The Grio's Perry Bacon; USA Today's Susan Page; Jill Zuckman, a former spokesman for Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood; and former White House Deputy Press Secretary Tony Fratto.

Business mogul Steve Forbes joins Jansing & Co. Tuesday to talk about gun laws, as the Senate Judiciary Committee continues debate on an assault weapons ban. The House will also hear from victims and law enforcement about gun trafficking crimes in a bipartisan forum Tuesday afternoon.
