Egypt continues to plunge deeper into chaos, hundreds are dead and thousands are injured. We’ll have the latest on the conditions there. Later we will ask Rep.Ted Deutch, a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee, if it’s time to cut off aid to Egypt.

The RNC is currently planning election strategy in its annual summer meeting. On Wednesday  their Communications Director Sean Spicer told Jansing & Co. that the GOP is in a better position than Democrats because of “a split between the DNC and Obama for America.” Congressman Steve Israel, Chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, will react to those comments and discuss his party’s election strategy.

Our strategists will discuss New Jersey Governor Chris Christie’s upcoming speech at the RNC meeting and how his party must change in order to reclaim the Senate and White House.

Tom Parsons, CEO of Bestfares.com, will discuss the impact American Airlines’ bankruptcy will have on travelers and other big shake-ups that could affect ticket prices.

msnbc’s own Chris Hayes will discuss the consequences our planet faces as a result of global warming, a topic he will cover in depth in his upcoming special called The Politics of Power that will air Friday, August 16, at 8 PM ET.
