On Capitol Hill, Congress looks for answers in the IRS controversy, as outgoing acting IRS Chief Steve Miller testifies. President Obama is moving to clean up the mess by appointing a new acting IRS chief.

The president heads to Baltimore, Maryland to talk about job creation and the economy Friday. We’ll talk with Jared Bernstein, a senior fellow at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities and a former adviser to Vice President Biden, as well as Doug Holtz-Eakin, a former CBO Director and president of the American Action Forum.

And retired U.S. Army Colonel and Medal of Honor Recipient Jack Jacobs weighs in on what the president called the “scourge” of sexual assault in the military.
