President Obama’s signature Affordable Care Act is turning three years old… but that hasn’t stopped Republicans from trying to strike it down, even after the landmark Supreme Court ruling. And Congresswoman Michele Bachmann is now saying that the law “literally kills people.” We’ll discuss.

Plus, New York’s City Council holds a hearing on paid sick leave. We’ll hear from Sarah Jane Glynn, a policy analyst for the Center for American Progress about why some companies are saying it’s a luxury they just can’t afford - and whether that hurts consumers.
