Members of the Congressional Black Caucus are coming together in Chicago on Friday for an emergency summit about gun violence. During Fourth of July weekend alone 72 people were shot, and 12 were killed. We’ll have the latest on the summit and the measures they propose to stop the violence.

In Ohio a federal judge took the unprecedented step of allowing a dying man’s out-of-state marriage to be recognized.
