This morning at 10:20ET the President will talk about student loans from the White House. Interest rates on student loans are set to double on July 1st, without Congressional action.

“Helping more of our young people afford college should be at the forefront of American’s agenda. It shouldn’t be a Democratic or a Republican issue,”  President Obama said on April 24, 2012.

We’ll talk to Congressman Chris Van Hollen, a democrat from Maryland, about the President’s plan.

Attorney General Eric Holder is still under fire, over the leaks and IRS scandals. We’ll have the latest from Washington Post columnist Ruth Marcus and National Journal’s Hotline Editor-in-Chief, Reid Wilson.

A new poll shows voters like Hillary Clinton over Rand Paul and Jeb Bush in 2016. Chris Kofinis and Matt Schlapp will discuss.
