Gen. Clark: Romney doesn’t pass Commander-in-Chief test

Former NATO Commander and Obama Campaign Advisor General Wesley Clark said Mitt Romney did not pass the Commander-in-Chief test Monday night. Clark said at partisan rallies Romney tried to say his positions are different, “that he’ll be tougher, stronger, meaner, more macho, more robust, greater resolve, more determination, greater force, more powerful, but when you pin him down on exactly what he’s going to do he has the same positions as the president.”
