Al Gore recently gave an impassioned speech, protesting the Keystone XL pipeline. The president expected to make his decision soon—and meantime demonstrations and rallies this past week have seen some high-profile action. Among the demonstrators—actress and activist Daryl Hannah was arrested after she and dozens of others chained themselves to the White House gates last week, arguing the pipeline project should be cancelled.
