Cargo sculpture pointed at bank creates controversy
Artist and professor John Salvest has created a 65-foot-high sculpture which faces the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. One one side, Salvest's sculpture reads "IOU" and on the other "USA," and the sculpture has become a meeting place for "Occupy Wall Street" protesters.
