Just four more days until the election and former President Bill Clinton has hit the campaign trail in the final push to help President Obama win reelection. But how about the last Republican President? Where is George W. Bush in the Romney campaigns push for votes in these last few days?

Well – believe it. Last night, the 43rd President gave the keynote speech at an alternative investment conference in the Cayman Islands – you know, one of the offshore tax havens where Mitt Romney has invested millions of dollars? Not exactly subject matter the Romney campaign would want front and center these days.
