Conservative Republicans gathered on Capitol Hill to rally against the cost of immigration reform—which they claim will cost taxpayers 6.3 trillion dollars. However, the Congressional Budget Office put out a report contradicting critics who say the reform will cost money; the CBO says it will actually reduce the federal deficit.
