Angry town halls are back as constituents blast Obamacare

Four summers ago, the Tea Party rode to power by disrupting members of Congress at town hall meetings. Their beef then was Obamacare, and now that it's the law of the land, they're at it again. Republican Strategist Rick Tyler and Aisha Moodie Mills of the Center for American Progress join Hardball.
