Chris Matthews shares his thoughts about Election Day anxiety, and why this year feels so different from four years ago. “In 2008, there was a rush, a whole sense of movement,” he said. “This time, there’s a stillness in the air, and that’s why there’s so much uncertainty.”

“It’s a troubling day. You just don’t know,” Matthews said. “Nobody does.”
