The Mayor of Jackson, Mississippi Chokwe Lumumba (D) tells Ayman Mohyeldin that the federal government, as well as state leaders, should put in place mandatory and uniform policies restricting gatherings and closing businesses. Lumumba says lighter restrictions in neighboring cities and towns "render inefficient" the policies he's put in place in Jackson.March 30, 2020
