NBC News' Dasha Burns is joined by three Florida Mayors: Mayor Charlie Latham of Jacksonville Beach, Mayor Ellen Glasser of Atlantic Beach and Mayor Elaine Brown of Neptune Beach. The three have banded together to keep their residents safe during the upcoming 4th of July weekend, by keeping their beaches open but agreeing they will all be quickly closed if social distancing conditions are not upheld.July 3, 2020
