Lena Waithe shines on the cover of Vanity Fair's upcoming April issue -- she is the first black woman to win an Emmy for best comedy series writing, and you've seen her in hits like "Master of None" and "The Chi". But, she's also an LGBT activist, taking center stage in the Time's Up movement, and fighting for more diversity in Hollywood. As Lena says, "Being born a gay black female is not a revolutionary act... being proud to be a gay black female is."
