India's high court issues landmark decision

Transgender people in India no longer have to categorize themselves as "male" or "female" in official documents.On Tuesday, India's Supreme Court issued a landmark ruling which human rights groups are lauding as historic and groundbreaking that allows hundreds of thousands of transgenders to identify themselves as a third gender.
