Reports today the Trump Administration is prepared to abandon an Obama era policy that called on Universities to consider race as an admissions factor. This decision comes as the President is days away from appointing a new Supreme Court justice - one who would replace Anthony Kennedy - a swing vote on affirmative action issues.
