President Obama enters the second leg of his overseas trip Tuesday, meeting with French President Francoise Hollande before traveling to Germany for discussions with Chancellor Angela Merkel and a major speech. The president and Russian President Vladimir Putin still aren’t on the same page when it comes to Syria.
