Vice President Biden takes the national push for President Obama’s gun proposals on the road Friday. The vice president’s Richmond, Virginia roundtable discussion will include Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napoiltano and newly elected Senator Tim Kaine.

In today’s Wall Street Journal: former Florida Governor Jeb Bush outlines a way forward on the national immigration issue, telling lawmakers that believe no reform can be accomplished until the border is secured that their approach is “shortsighted and self-defeating”.
