Senator Tim Kaine (D-VA) addresses Joe Biden's response to sexual assault allegations by former staffer Tara Reade in the 1990s, saying that Biden "said in no uncertain terms this did not happen" and that former staffers support the former Vice President's denial. "I think anyone who filed and has an allegation like this has to be taken seriously," Kaine tells Andrea Mitchell, "But I think he will be able to get by this in the minds of American voters."May 1, 2020
