Obama defines top foreign policy priorities

The president spoke at the U.N. on Tuesday, saying his top foreign policy priorities are ridding Syria of its chemical weapons,  finding a political solution to the civil war, charting a new course of dialogue with Iran and ending the Israeli/Palestinian conflict.
