Max Stier, president and CEO of the non-partisan "Partnership for Public Service" joins Andrea Mitchell to discuss where the transition goes from here now that the the GSA has cleared it to move forward. Stier says that the GSA letter "means they will have access to agencies so they know what's happening with the vaccine, they'll also be able to have their personnel go through the difficult systems, so all the announcements you're hearing right now, all those folks, FBI investigations, agreements with the office of governmental ethics, all that work can now begin in earnest."Nov. 24, 2020
