Fears grow over Italian, Greek debts

A day after world markets plunged on fears that Italy would be unable to handle its debt, Europe’s third largest economy managed to temporarily delay a full blown crisis by selling off government bonds and bringing down borrowing costs. The Financial Times’ Gillian Tett discusses.
