CBC says it wants to prevent discrimination in the justice system  

Race and justice continue to dominate the national conversation after Saturday’s verdict in the George Zimmerman trial. Members of the Congressional Black Caucus are drafting proposals to combat what they see as a U.S. justice system that continues to discriminate against minorities. Rep.
