1. Arizona senators and business leaders are asking Gov. Jan Brewer to veto legislation that could allow businesses to discrimate against gay people. Brewer has until Saturday to sign -- and we have the latest. Rep. Ann Kirkpatrickwho is facing a challenge from the Republican Arizona House Speaker, joins us, along with writer and commentator Dan Savage and Louise Melling of the ACLU.

2. Former Vice President Dick Cheney criticized President Obama over plans to cut military spending called into Hannity. Military cuts. Former Assistant Secretary of Defense Larry Korb, now a senior fellow at the Center for American Progress, sets the story straight tonight. 

3. Former President Bill Clinton stumped for democratic Senate candidate Alison Lundergan Grimes Tuesday in Kentucky -- marking his first foray into the 2014 midterm election and a major Democratic push to unseat Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, whom Grimes is likely to face in the general election.
