Big news for the Washington Redskins today, as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office canceled the trademarks for the team, citing ”a preponderance of evidence that a substantial amount of Native Americans found the term Redskins to be disparaging when used in connection with professional football.” We’ll talk with Rep.
