All In Agenda: Ted Nugent, not ok

All In Agenda for Tuesday, February 18.

1. The Republican frontrunner for Governor, Attorney General Greg Abbott, was flanked by controversial country-western musician Ted Nugent at two campaign events on Tuesday. Abbott's decision to appear with Nugent - a vehement anti-immigration reform activist - has those on the other side of the issue wondering where Abbott stands. Joining Chris Hayes to discuss are Politics Editor at Business Insider, Josh Barro, Executive Director at Lone Star Project, Matt Angle, and former staff member, House & Senate Budget Committees, Mike Lofren.

2.   Following a canceled town hall event, Asbury Park Press issued an editorial blasting Governor Christie for his neglect. "Whenever Christie reschedules it, he needs to provide substantive, honest answers to the questions New Jerseyans continue to ask about the snail's-pace progress in getting federal Sandy aid into the hands of the people who need it," wrote the paper. Asbury Park Press State House Reporter, Bob Jordan joins Chris Hayes to discuss.

3. EPA Administrator, Gina McCarthy will join Chris Hayes.

4. Were you invited to those secret Wall Street parties? No? Don't worry we'll give you a full report. Helping Chris Hayes to uncover the goings on of the rich and famous are Professor at Fordham University School of Law, Zephyr Teachout, and New York Times political reporter, Nicholas Confessore.
