All In Agenda: House votes to raise the debt ceiling


1. We’ve got the latest on the debt ceiling deal that cleared the House Tuesday afternoon. Rep. Dan Kildee, D-Mich., and Evan McMorris-Santoro, White House correspondent for Buzzfeed, joins us. 

2. New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie traveled to Chicago Tuesday to raise money for the Republican Governor’s Association, which he chairs – but the bridgegate investigation is still gathering steam. We’ll hear from Paul Butler, a law professor at Georgetown University Law Center and former federal prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice who specialized in public corruption.  

3. Kentucky Senator Rand Paul gave lent a tepid endorsement to his colleague Mitch McConnell - who now has a primary challenger from his right. 

4. Majority Leader of the New Jersey State Senate, Loretta Weinberg, is co-chair of the joint state legislative committee investigating the George Washington Bridge lane closures. She’ll weigh in on bridgegate tonight with MSNBC’s Steve Kornacki.
