1. Monday was a sad day for friends and family still holding out hope that the passengers aboard the missing Malaysia Airlines flight were still alive. According to NBC News, Malaysia’s prime minister confirmed the flight crashed into the southern Indian Ocean. 2. Chris Christie has been cleared of wrongdoing in connection to the ‘Bridgegate’ scandal. Sort of. Not entirely. Chris Hayes analyzes the new report with Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center, Paul Butler.

3. The Supreme Court will hear two cases this week that will determine whether or not companies have the right - based on religious belief - to deny women of free or affordable contraception. Under the Affordable Care Act, employers must provide health insurance to women that includes cost-free birth control. msnbc’s Irin Carmon joins All In to explain the cases’ significance.

4. An oil spill in Texas on the same day as the 25th anniversary of Exxon Valdez? Tragically, yes.
