1. In a narrow 5-4 Supreme Court decision, Hobby Lobby won its contraceptive coverage challenge to Obamacare. Joining All In to discuss are New York Democratic Rep. Louise Slaughter, and President of NARAL Pro-Choice America, Ilyse Hogue

2. President Obama is seeking more than $2 billion from Congress to deal with America's border crisis, including the influx of unaccompanied minors. Illinois Rep. Luis Gutierrez joins All In to discuss the significance.

3. The Supreme Court on Monday also struck a blow to public sector unions, "limiting their ability to automatically deduct dues from public workers who nevertheless benefit from union negotiated contracts," msnbc.com's Adam Serwer writes. President of the Service Employees International Union, Mary Kay Henry, talks with Chris Hayes. 

4. Thousands of Detroit residents are going without water and sewer services, as the city tries to force delinquent customers to pay their bills. But the action has come under fire by human rights advocates, including the United Nations. Rev. Charles E. Williams II, President of the Michigan's chapter of the National Action Network joins All In.
