DEVELOPING: Source tells NBC News that Israel has carried out an operation inside Iran

All In Agenda: About that storm...

All In Agenda for February 27, 2014

1. We've got the latest on the bridegate scandal after the release of newly un-redacted documents. We'll tell you how they impact the main players. Political consultant Tara Dowdell, who used to work as a senior manager at the Port Authority, joins us. Plus: Why did New Jersey stop dealing with its largest Hurricane Sandy relief contractor? Heather Haddon has been covering this story for the Wall Street Journal, and she joins us tonight.

2. Arkansas state Rep. Josh Miller discusses the expansion of Medicaid in his home state, which Republicans are threatening to roll back.

3. Plus, an update on the ExxonMobil CEO who's been pro-fracking -- but not if it's happening in his backyard. Lou Allstadt, former executive vice president of the Mobil Oil corporation, wrote in an open letter to that CEO, Rex Tillerrson, saying:

"For the past five years, I have been actively trying to keep your company and the rest of the industry from fracking here. ... You and I love the places where we live, but in the end, if they are ruined by fracking or frack water tanks, we can afford to pack up and go someplace else. However, many people can't afford to move away when they can no longer drink the water or breathe the air because they are too close to one of your well pads or compressor stations."

Allstadt joins us live.

4. Plus, Damon Hewitt, a senior adviser with the U.S. programs division of Open Society foundations; Jelani Cobb, associate professor of history and director of the Institute for African American Studies at the University of Connecticut; and Imani Perry, professor of African-American studies at Princeton, join us to talk about the launch of President Obama's "My Brother's Keeper" initiative to foster the future of young black men in this country.
