Attorney Barry Scheck on taking DNA from suspected criminals
Barry Scheck, attorney and founder of the Innocence Project - an organization that helps prisoners prove their innocence through DNA testing - appeared on All In with Chris to discuss the Supreme Court’s decision to uphold the practice of taking DNA from suspected criminals. We caught up with him after the show to ask him why he does not support the ruling.
