American retailers snub new safety agreement for Bangladesh workers


Chris Hayes shares the latest details on the unfolding disaster in Bangladesh.  Over 1100 people died in the collapse of Rana Plaza, which housed several garment factories.  Now, global brands are signing on to a safety agreement that requires them to pay for inspections and upgrades to factories, yet several major American chains won't support the agreement. May.18.2013
