The All In with Chris Hayes team puts out a daily call to the Twitter and Facebook communities for the “awesomest things” they encountered on the Internet.

1.  It turns out bike helmets don’t have to be big, clunky and unfashionable. The design company Hövding won the world’s largest design prize for the creation of their rather fetching bicycle helmet. Free Hövding helmet to our millionth Twitter follower.

2.  Twitter fan, Parnel Bogard, alerted us to a new Jay-Z track, “Open Letter.” It’s his spirited response to the right-wing’s condemnation of his recent trip to Cuba.  We really enjoyed this provocative line: “I’m in Cuba/ I love Cubans/This communist talk is so confusing/When it’s from China, the very mic that I’m using.”  Truth.

3.  Derived from “Space Invaders,” The Citizen Engagement Lab developed a new game called “Tax Evaders.”  The idea? Try to take out the corporate alien spaceships evading taxes they should be paying. Yes, let’s try to zap those aliens, shall we?
