Microsoft antitrust trial: Findings of Fact
Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson’s ruling outlines what facts he believes have most bearing on the case as presented during 76 days of trial, which started on Oct. 19 of last year. Lawyers for both sides will use these facts to make their final cases in the so-called “conclusions of law.” After those documents are submitted, Jackson will take them into consideration and then issue a final ruling on whether Microsoft violated antitrust law.
